"Dr Yancy is a outgoing, smart, sensitive surgeon. He tends to all your needs, and makes you feel totally secure with your decisions. He makes you know that you and your feelings and thoughts are the most important. Dr Yancy's staff is caring, outgoing, and extremely helpful. They are there for you during and after office hours to help you out. There is no question that they cannot answer. No question that is "stupid or unreal". There is nothing that I really dont like about Dr Yancy or his staff. For his future patients... You picked a winner. You cant go wrong with him. His aftercare program is the best. They keep up with you and make sure you dont fall off the wagon. There are support groups that meet every week. They are a family there. That is important to a patient like me. To feel like you are part of the family. You know you get the best care. Dr Yancy is the top gun. I thank him for all he is doing for me to rush me in for this surgery - before my insurance runs out. Dr Yancy takes the time to listen and talk to you. He is always available at anytime to ease your mind. Can you get any better than that? after surgery on june 25th.Dr Yancey proved to me why they call him one of the best. Throughout my stay, he visited me everyday, kept track of all of pts., and made sure we were getting the best treatment there. (Ok so the hospital failed not Dr Yancey.). Dr Yancey made sure that we all remembered that he or his partner are always available 24 - 7. If we had any questions we only had to call the answering service and they would hook us up to a dr asap. No matter what time of day or night it was. They say you cant say only nice things about a Dr... well they havent met Dr Yancey. I havent found one thing to complain about with either Dr Yancey or his staff. When I do... you will be the first to know."
