Wow, I can't believe I haven't updated in over a year. I have been very busy over the past year. First of all, my current weight is 188 lbs which means I have lost 249 lbs!!! Wow! In September of this year, I had a tummy tuck which was NO joke. It was so much more painful than the bypass but in the end, well worth it. I also had an upper body lift to remove excess skin from my back as well as a breast augmentation on December 23rd. I am still recovering from this procedure but it not as painful as the tummy tuck. My life has changed so much. I am so thankful for this surgery. I can finally say that I am living life to the fullest!!

I am sooo excited. I have lost 100 pounds. My goal was to lose 100 by my six month check-up but it looks like I will have to set a new goal. This surgery has really saved my life. This time last year, I was told I may not live to see my 30th birthday at the rate I was going. I am so glad to know that my high blood pressure is gone and no more sleep apnea! I just can't put into words how happy I am now. Everyone says they see this glow that has never been there before. For the first time, I feel like I am living my life and enjoying every minute of it!!!

I feel great!!! I have more energy than I have had in years. Tomorrow I will be getting my staples out and hopefully I will be able to start some solid food. My stomach has had enough of pureed food. I don't want to see mashed potatoes for a looonnng time, LOL!!! I haven't weighed myself since I left the hospital, I will find out tomorrow. Keep your fingers crossed!

WOW!!! This has been such an amazing experience! I have not been in much pain. I siked myself up to feel sooo awful but thankfully, it's been okay. I am a little sore and stiff from laying around in that horrible hospital bed!! Until next time....take care!

and I am SUPER excited!! I would be lying if I said that I wasn't a little nervous. I have prayed and left everything in God's hands! Can't wait to start my new life!!!!!
