what a slacker

what a slacker to my weight loss I have gotten.
It has been very hard working so many hours.
I just called office to try and set up an appt. but its closed already
grrrrrrrrrrr
well, i have a day off tomorrow whooooo hoooooooo
I will call first thing in the morning
i know without a doubt i will hear it from Dr. Ing
and I deserve all he says
putting myself last is just one of the reasons I see Dr. Ing now
I knew i was in danger danger red flag areas when two nights ago, i ate ALL my dinner, didnt get sick and ate it within the 15 min
danger Will Robinson, DANGER!!! LOL
In 10 months i will have most of my credit paid down
then i have another goal already in place
yup, make more debt, but all for me this time
Id like to get some nip tuck

First fill

In the morning I have my first fill.
Im very excited.
Right now I can eat anything really.
At first fear of something getting stuck,
and I really didn't feel like eating was helping.
but now... oh my goodness, its as I have no restriction. I don't eat as much as I once had in my life.
and I am still losing.

but still coming off.
I have started walking.
I have to learn to drink more water.
Im very excited.

well hello hello helloooooooo
I am 5 days out from my lap-band. I feel wonderful. REALLY wonderful.
The first few days, a little ouchy... normal. then yesterday my girlfriend took me to the store.
was home within an hour. very nice first trip out. Today I woke up with the desire to clean
every part of my house. what I planned and what I really got done are two totally different things. lol
My experience with Dr. Ing, Tina, and everyone at the office and the hospital were amazing. well, there was one man who was a real ass. The radiologist at the hospital after the surgery. Dr. Ing even stayed with me while a nurse went and told him again that I was there and he huffed and puffed and even gave Dr. ing attitude. I didn't say a word, and I have no idea if Dr. Ing even knew what was going on. I'm sure he did. and he smiled the whole time. I love the man. an amazing doctor.
some not so fun things... they give you pain medication for a reason. it says use if needed. little miss tough jersey girl here... nahhh, im not gonna need it broke down first night and took one, crushed. yuckyyyy patooie... it also says use 1 or 2 tables. I came to find at the weight I am at now, use two...lol
it has made healing go by much better. just trust me. so, my advice... just take it lollllllllll.
next... carnation instant breakfast drink, very yummy. you mix it with 8 oz of low fat milk... after the powder is added, I guess it might be like 10 or 12 oz total. well............. that is what carnation has as a serving size....
that's not the size of my tummy now, and well... I don't know if it was cause I drank all of that or if it was the milk... but in no time I found myself on the potty. and the bright blonde I am, didn't catch onto this the first time... I think it was like the 3rd time lol. so today I had my nutrition drink and poured 3 oz in a measuring cup... and I felt fine, satisfied and I have not had to run to the bathroom. so im learning.
I will be learning so much. I'm glad there is a transition phase. its so needed. me who has researched for years... I know it all...yeah, right... I THOUGHT I knew.
I have to say... I am soooooooo happy right now. and what I have heard over and over again I will now say as well.....
I wish I had done it sooner.

oh by the way... even if you feel great... REALLY great... don't mop the floors... not wise, the blonde in me just wanted to let you know that lol lol

Ahhhh Halloween... a time to dress up....
I know what i will be this year....
A cocoon... a beautiful butterfly is waiting to emerge.
yup, my surgery date is Oct. 31.
what a treat for me : )
the trick for me is Im on a two week liquid diet right now. and chantix...
a little edgy lol
Tina at Dr. Ing's office is the bomb. She has to be the best.
She asked me to call on friday to see if everything was in order so it could be sent to insurance company...
I couldnt wait till I could call... just after 9, i thought id give her time to at least get through the door. So she said let me look that up, her reply was yup we have been approved... I said great, now we wait for insurance approval.... she said no, this is the insurance approval.... sneaky gal. I love her for that.
She said she does that so there isnt a let down if insurance company needs more tests done ect...
I smiled all day till me cheeks hurt.

just a quick update... I met with Dr. Ing Aug. 27th. My family Dr. had already sent me for the chest xrays n labs and all that fun stuff....
now i have the list of dr.'s to see....
i seen one of the dr's yesterday... then i have one set up for almost ever week of sept.
then after that is all done then i guess we await the insurance company... wonder how long that will be.
the dr. said i will have to go on two weeks of meal replacement drinks prior surgery and i need to stop smoking and lose some weight.
ohhh, and i got the one profile pic up... and have tried to change it so amny times... so sorry for now.... someday i will learn how to do it... its not as easy on here as myspace is.

It has been a long time...
and I think I see the light... you know, in that long tunnel.
and on August. 27th I will meet with Dr. Ing
sitting in front of me I have my referral paper and test results from my chest X-ray, labs and EKG.
I cant wait till next Monday...
this man has no idea how long a journey to make it to him has been...
or perhaps he does.
