weight lose journey

im 3.5 months from surgery and things are going good. i still have issues with most meats but thats ok maybe being a vegetarian isnt such a bad idea. i have lost 65# and have went from 5x clothes to 2x. this journey is so exciting and i would do it over again in a minute.

im 12 days post op and doing really well, im able to drink and take my vitamins without any problems. i had one bad experience with a scrambled egg but a swallow of coke fixed that. i waant to say thanks to my family who has been very supportive and especially to my husband who has done everything i have asked of him and even more. he has been wonderful and has made these last few weeks so much easier.

liquid diet

i started my 9 day liquid diet yesterday and everything went well, except that i dreamt of a turkey sandwich. i am scheduled for surgery april 6th and im getting excited and a little nervous also. i cant wait for a healthier life.

call from doctors office

i got a call from the doctors office today and got scheduled for a nutrtion class on march 1st. ihavent been scheduled to see the surgeon yet beacause the heart doctor didnt send my stress test results to him. they have to get those before they can submit my claim to the insurance company. i have been going for appointments since august 2009 and i feel like its taking forever. i guess patience is a virtue.

went to the doctors office today for a behavioral modification class, lost 4.5# and was told they will be calling me next week for an appointment with the doctor and nutritionist, then i will be scheduled for surgery. im so excited, im finally going to join the losers bench.

my heart doctor cleared me for surgery today, im so excited. january 29th , i go for my behavioral modification class and the will be scheduled for surgery

went to doctors today. on jan 29th i go to the behavioral modification class and then they will schedule me for surgery, as long as my stress echo comes back clean. im so excited
