"The nurses and entire staff went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The first night I went to ICU but then on to the VIP suite that also had two large picture windows to look out. It was actually hard to go home they were all so nice. One thing that is incredible is that this program uses the same staff for each surgery. They always have a Anesthia (sp?) Doctor that knows the needs of an obese person. They all work together everytime, so the quality and consistent care is incredible. They have thought of everything."
