Today I started the 5 day pouch test and I am determined to return to the rules of the pouch. I have lost over 100 lbs but regained 50. For the past week I have been planning and considering as I gear up for the pouch test. This surgery was a gift and I have abused that gift. First I repented and now I am moving forward.
