I'm not exactly having moments of post-traumatic stress; however, I'm very nervous about surgery b/c of a complication I had during an out-patient procedure that put me in the hospital for 8-days (on a ventilator). I had a tonsillectomy following that procedure without any trouble. Still -- "dun dun dun" -- (trepidatious melody).
