Welcome to the beginning of the rest of your life! Congrats ad take it slow. Make sure to walk when you can, sip slowly and don't be discouraged, as time goes on it all becomes so easy. You can do it! I'm 5 weeks out and lost 65 lbs. Welcome to the start of a whole new life!
