busy week

A busy week and I am still the largest of my co-workers in spite of working with a 6ft 2 inch, 22 yr old who eats garlic butter pretzels and junk food lunches on a daily basis and dabbles in weekend beerfests weekly.
I go all week eating soup and drinking water for lunch, eating oatmeal for breakfast and still the scale does not budge.
I got a new phone this week that has an MP3 player. I listen to fast paced music during my walk to the transit center. I am trying to make my step pick up the pace. I spend about an hr each way to and from work , but there is only about 10 minutes of each spent walking.
I work, standing on my feet all day through-out the day. Spending 11-12 hrs gone for work each day leaves not alot of time to accomplish anything at home, like chores, laundry, dinner, reading or relaxing and my husband has had work for me to do, to help him get ready for a convention in Seattle. It makes my motivation to do any real exercise go out the window. Aside from that,  unfortunately my current ability to stay awake long after I get home from work is not good. An Extreme lack of energy to be sure.
I would really like to get back to drinking an Odawalla C-Monster daily as a meal replacement for lunch or breakfast. They make me feel alert and seem to put the pep in my step. I enjoyed having them most because they also seemed to curb my apetite and kept me from feeling weak if I wasn't eating much. They are a bit pricey though and cost between $2-$4 each. If I was a regular Starbucks drinker they would compare to that in cost, but I would like to think they are healthier. I know they have alot of natural sugar, but they are pure fruit, NO high frutose sugars and the C-Monsters are smoothies that have a great texture which fill your tummy. Good for digestive purposes and the extra pulp serves as a good source of fiber. Perhaps when Kirk gets his print work completed we will have extra cash flow to get into a diet meal program. I have been considering something like Jenny Craig or Nutrasystem. I have not tried either but would be willing to try.  I would be interested in any of your trials with either of them. The pros and cons. thank you

A very beautiful soul sent me a message, last night after I had posted my profile.  They told me they were just offering encouragement, but in reality they really did so much more because all the horrible emotions I have been having the past week which lead me to here went out the window with their one small note.
I guess the biggest plus was that they gave me back a feeling of normalcy. Being more overweight than I have ever been in my life, I have been feeling like there is no ME left and that I am becoming just this broken thing with no hope for the future. This wonderful person who is not even on the weight loss road but is a supporter for a family member took the time out of their day to give me a nudge back to life.

thank you
