"When I first met Dr. Williams, I was really impressed with the way he would look me in the eye. He did not talk over my head, and was really happy with how much I knew about the procedure and made sure I had no misconceptions. The office staff is stellar, I have never had any issue with any of them over the two years I have worked on getting my procedure. There is a structured aftercare program that the doctor does emphasize. Over all, so far, I rate Dr. Williams at a 10 of 10. Personally, I had no bad instances with the office, though their website was a tad confusing at one point. I have yet to spend much time with the doctor himself so, only good things to report. Short wait time in the waiting room in their office, etc."
