Best wishes for your metamorphasis being a smooth and trouble free experience. Just remember, any anxiety or apprehension you may experience is normal, and is based on this being the first time you have had WLS surgery, but the skilled and caring people who are going to help your surgeon do this every day. Walk all you can in the hospital, it will minimize the pain and speed your recovery. I can tell you being five weeks post WLS that a month after surgery, you are going to look back and feel so empowered, any jitters you may have between now and the big day will seem comical. God bless you.
