Hi have been heavy since being in Middle School... I am 42 years old...
I have dieted up and down the usual story by all overweight people. I started in the summer of 2008 to loose weight at 415 lbs. I went into Surgery 09/15/2009 at 336 lbs. I lost all that weight by changing plate sizes, cooking different.
My activity level has not changed much, I have a farm so work is in the daily routine which starts at four in the morning.
On 06/08/2009 I entered the Tuft, New England Medical Center program and had survery 09/15/2009.
The best thing I have DONE in my life. I have had no issues from surgery and fell fantastic!
