"I loved Dr. Lord from the get go! My impression over time became more and more confident in him as a surgeon! Janet is GREAT and soooo helpful. There was nothing that I did not like about Dr. Lord. As a future patient you should know he does not like smoking and will not do surgery if you smoke! He emphasizes aftercare and encourages you to stay active in the support groups at the hospital. Dr. Lord was very up front about the risks of surgery and informs you of all the complications. I would rate Dr. Lord a 10!! Dr. Lord not only is highly competent in his surgical ability his bedside manner is superb and he is very kind and supportive! WALK WALK WALK after surgery!"
