I couldn't be happier. The entire staff at Morristown Memorial were amazing. They kept me informed, were always professional and caring. I feel very happy to go with Dr. Bertha and team. The Program for Life really prepared me for what to expect. I've had no unexpected surprises.
I have slight pain but its manageable. The big surprise so far is that although I'm only on clear liquids I'm not hungry. Tomorrow I get to have milk and continue my neighborhood walks.
I'm at my moms so that the kids don't jump all over me. I'm used to carrying my 3 year old and giving both my kids hugs so that's my next challenge. The whole family and work has been supportive.
I'm very happy with my decision, now its my job to see it through.
