Hello everyone I just wanted to get on and blog about my week.It was a long week . I am still having trouble with constipation and lack of food variety. I am however enjoying my workout which I continue to walk 3 miles a day and will now be taking a belly dancing class that I was taking before again for strength and toning. I am at 220 which is 50 lbs down from my heighest weight.

If anyone can help me with finding a protein shake other than the typical one found at Wal-Mart and GNC.

This week has definitely been a rollacoaster I have had so many mixed emotions about the surgery and if i made the right decision i have been so tired and unable to eat. Today i got to eat stage 4 soft food so i eat a turkey and swiss on half slice of whole wheat toast so filling and i bought some groceries yesterday.

I can tell you i am tired of crushing and swallowing nasty pills.
Does anyone know of a protein shake that can be tolerated by me someone who hastes protein shakes and milk?
Please help me find a shake. I have tried everything from Wal mart and GNC and Unjury. I cant find one.

As for exercise I walk 2.5- 3 miles daily and that is my high even though I am fatigued. I have a resistance band for my arms but I am not sure how to use it completely.
As for weight last week at 2 weeks I lost another 10 lbs in addition to the 13 from the first week and this week I am going for 10 more. Last week I was at 228. so if I lost 8 lbs I would be  at 220 which will be 50 lbs from my heighest weight 270. and 33 since surgery.

this is my week 2 1/2 post op

I am having trouble finding a shake i can stomach I keep vomiting them if anyone has any advice that would help I am on the pureerd stage and i can not eat 1/4 cup 3 times a day. I am scared Im not getting enough protein.

By the way I am trying post videos on you tube but i dont know how i have a webcam on my laptop if anyone knows how please help I have an Acer Aspire.

I can not believe that tommorow night at 4:00am I will be headed to the hospital. So many emotions scared , shock, surreal I mean my life is changing forever. I have some yah sayers and nah sayers.I have prayed and prayed.wow is what I can say.Today I weight  250 lbs and I am 5'2.

I have been reading  and  on youtube watching the WLS community videos I watched a few months ago but now that Im a week away Im recapping. My feelings are mixed happy, worried, nervous.

I am praying to make it thru.Peace
