My name is Ann. Currently, I am 42 and well over 100 pounds overweight. I have tried many diets, and I have lost as much as 70 pounds, but it always seems to find a way to get put back on.
I have alot to learn still about the various options available for weight loss surgeries, and lifestyle change. I figure I didnt get fat overnight, and I dont expect it to go away that fast either.
My mom was close to 400 pounds when she passed away 7 years ago from cancer, and although I am not worried about cancer, I am worried if I continue down this path, I will be that way soon.
I have 3 awesome and amazing children, and a wonderful husband who I cant live without. They are my life, and I have to take care of myself now, so I can be there for them for a long time.
I am excited, and to be honest a little bit scared too, of what lies ahead, but I know with lots of help from my family, prayer & God's love, I will become a healthier, and happier me!
