"I met Dr. Miles at the WLS Seminar and he was very nice including the staff that scheduled my initial consultation. My consultation went very well. The only concern I am having is that I have called everyday this week to see if they have received my clearance letter from my PCP, last 3 year medical records, any additional information needed. Everytime I call or email the person handling the information for the office, the response is "Nothing received" or I receive no response at all and never a callback. I called my GI physician, Urologist, and PCP, who all stated that they faxed documents to the office, and will send me confirmation that fax went through successfully. I know that I was told on the day of my consultation that the assistant who handles the process to submit to the insurance company will be leaving this month, so someone will be taking her place. I don't know what has or hasn't been received, so I guess if I haven't heard anything within the next two weeks, I will callback again."
