Why can we not do thing that we know we should for a healthier us? Why can't we stay focused, why can't we eat healthy? Why did God have to give us this chose to eat chochlate, cakes and chip? Why did he creat them????
I made the decision tho have this surgery to help me lose weight. I am still fat. No I am not morbid obese anymore. But just obese. 3 years of sliming and pbinging. you would think I would of gotten it!!! I was so focused that first year.
Yes my like has changed in other was, I can't seam to find a job that I like doing, or am qualified to do. I have gone from driving school bus for 7 years to working at a sports shop, to working at Curves. The ladys and there complaing. I was not running a bar!! Then to Shop-ko like Wal-mart, which I liked but did not pay. So I took a job at our local mini mart/ taco bell. And gained 10lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My oldest son is due for deployment next month which does not help.
I know I sound negitive, I am just really down about this 10 lbs.
What am I going to do about it? Walk over and vote, then keep walking. atleast for 30 minutes.
