I feel like a different person.  I have had some pain that i didn't expect after having my lapband done, but am really loving the way my body is looking.  I still need to lose more weight but it will come off.  My husband is going to be in a video about his weight lose,  we are both excited about it i will keep you all updated on when the video comes out it will be on youtube and facebook.  Cant wait....

The weight is coming off since the start of this i have lost almost 38 pounds.  I am just amazed.  

It finally got done amazing.  Kind a having a hard time believing it, i am pretty sore yet but getting better ever day.  I am down 19 pounds since Thanksgiving. 

The surgery has been moved to December 23rd.....  I am getting so mad.  I know the doctor cant help it that he fell and he does need time to heal.  If they reschedule it one more time i will be looking for a new doctor.  I cant take it anymore.   I was looking forward to a good christmas and instead i will be laid up. 

Got the call this morning surgery is set for the 9 of December.  I will be his first surgery once back to work. 

Hi all-  I have decide that even though my surgery has been postponed because of the doctor injury's.   I am still going to go ahead i change my life give it a little jump start.  I have been working out every day for 30 to 40 minutes at a gym in town here and have really been trying to watch what i am eating, even though i am suppose to be still fallowing that 2 meals a day as liquid and then one regular meal.  It is hard to follow when there is no set day for surgery but i have figured that as long as i am still losing weight i am going to be ok.  I also quit smoking a week ago.   Which i am very excited about.  Life is good for a change. 

My surgery was cancelled because the doctor that was going to do it fell and ripped some ligaments in his leg.  I was pretty bummed out.  I have to continue my liquid meal till i have the surgery but the up side is that i get to eat one regular meal a day. 

How is it possible to gain weight on a liquid diet.  I haven't cheated ate and drank what i have been told to.  JUST DONT GET IT>

IT is getting easier but it still sucks.  I have lost 9 pounds I hate the shakes though so really having a hard time with them.  Wednesday i go down to blue earth and Dr Lee is going to do a EDG on me.  I just hope the next week goes by fast. 

Well it is going alot better then i thought it would but i find myself really hungry at the end of the day.  But i didn't have much energy the last two days almost felt like the flu.  Today is alot better have a little more energy and not as hungry, and i have lost 4 pounds which i am glad about.  Just hope they keep coming off.    My 11year old has MEA this week she made supper for her and her sister and my husband last night, she made meatballs i was so proud of her.  She is doing every thing in her power to help out.  I thought that it would be hard to watch them eat supper last night since that is one of my favorites but i did ok.  kept myself busy and didn't give it much thought.
