"When I firt met Dr. Steiner he told me a story about something embarrassing one of his kids had asked in the middle of a resturant. He had me laughing til there were tears in my eyes. He is very friendly and easy to talk to and will listen with any concerns or questions you may have. Dr. Steiner takes the time to go over all the risks and what he feels would be the best procedure for you. The staff at St. Joseph Center for Weightloss are very kind, friendly and helpful. If I ever had to call to leave a message for someone they were very prompt in calling me back with an answer. Patients considering Dr. Steiner as their surgeon should know that he accepts nothing but the best for his patients and if he feels like you will not follow through with your lifestyle change after the surgery he will take the time to address that issue. Dr. Steiner and the staff at SJH Center for Weightloss will constantly remind you of how important it is to follow your lifestyle changes after the surgery and that the surgery is a tool for you to use not an easy way out. You have to attend several classes before surgery is even scheduled to make sure you know the importance of the lifestyle changes that you will need to make.
