Well today has been a very exciting day for me.  I have lost 100 lbs since my surgery and I am so happy.  My total weight loss to date is 138 lbs .  I have mixed feelings over this loss because I have lost 7.8 lbs just this week and I still have to go to Tuesday (my weigh in day).  Overall I am very happy for my decision and RNY!

All I can say is Yah!!!!  I was in a lot of pain after my surgery (only my back) but I got up and moved moved moved!!!!  I made it my personal goal to ensure I walked around the nurses station at least 27 times (because that is a mile) and I am sure I done it plus!

When I went for my follow up appointment on Tuesday I have already lost 15lbs!!!  One week :)  I can't believe it!  I can't wait till I start my pureed foods but that is next weeks goal!

Finally after a little hiccup I am approved.  OHIP was not going to cover my gall bladder removal but eventually approval did get accepted.  I am so excited.... two months to a new me!  My date is set for June 30th!  I will find out more at my pre op appointment.  I feel like everything is set to the right path now.  I just have to deal with work but I am sure everything will work out.

Well it have been over a month since they said paperwork would be submitted to OHIP and I have not heard anything.  I did call OHIP on April 2nd and I have been approved for surgery so now I just have to wait for the official letter and then set my date.  I am so excited :)  I can't wait.  Hopefully the date won't be too far away.

I am trying to keep with the exercise but still find myself without a routine.  Although I do the exercise at least twice a week, it is never on the same days.
