"The day I attended a seminar with Dr. Pupkova, I knew she was the right Surgeon for me. She knew her stuff and answered all of my questons that day and during my initial consultation. She is very confident and a no-nonsense kind of person. She tells you what you need to know and what you have to do to be successful. All of the information that she provided was to the point. My surgery went very well with no complications. She visited me within a couple of hours of my surgery (she was performing others after mine). She came back both days of my hospital stay. In addition to her Office phone number, she gives all patients her personal cell phone number to contact her if needed. Every appointment and meeting is ended with a hug. She's an absolutely wonderful person and surgeon."
