So close to a new you and so many emotions! I haven't had mine yet but will on the 13th of August. My thoughts are with you before,during, and after. Keep up with the posts. They do help. With each reply you get there are 10 others you have helped or touched in some form or way. Listen to your peers and mostly your Dr. and support group. they know what you need. I'll be watching for those updated posts!

August 1, 2003 I spoke to my surgeons RN and she said there getting me ready for the surgery its been a long wait but time sure flies and its almost my turn. Ive passed all the medical criteria for the Bypass and now Iam going to head for the road of being Healthy and smaller.
