Hi,
My name is Angela Stowe and here is my story. I have always been up and down with my weight since elementary school. I have been skinny with the best of 'em and now I'm large with the rest of 'em... Yes, I love to eat, not because of depression, but food to me is a social event... and it taste great. I currently weigh 237 and had my sleeve surgery on 9-23-08. This is the first time I have been honest with my weight. It has been 5 days post op and I will tell you I am a little hungry but anxiously wanting to lose weight so it's liquids liquids liquids... The weekend before my surgery, I went to my 20 year high school reunion and OMG... everyone looked great except me. I swear, I stood for a photo next to an old friend and I equaled 3 of her!!! So sad....
I will be going to England in 5 weeks to visit in laws... who also by the way, the "mum" usually makes comments to me like.. "Angie, are you going to eat all that??" I just want to crawl in a corner and cry. This has not really been to different throughout my whole life and I am so ready for a positive change in my life. So here's my challenge!!!!
