Keeping up with the Kids

So....my husband and I decided to invite our godchildren over for the weekend.  They are ages 5,4, and 3.  Two boys and a girl.  We planned activities for the weekend that included shopping, a Diva Day for the girl, a trip to the barber shop for the boys, playing in the park, the backyard, bike riding, a trip to the ice cream shop AND chalking the driveway.  IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!  I felt great.  I had energy to burn keeping up with these little folks.  A year ago, we started planning this visit.  We could never do it because I didn't have the energy and I spent most of my weekends in bed.  But this weekend was so great...I was able to play and have fun....I wore THEM out!!!!!  ROTFL
