I feel GREAT!!!! I went to my Dr. Appointment yesterday and I was scheduled for surgery. April 29th...It's going down!!!!! I'm so EXCITED as well as DETERMINED to remain focused and get in shame to prepare for my new life. Today is my first day back in the gym after a year. I weigh at this moment 326. My personal goals before April 29 is to
1. Get under 300 pounds
2. Go the gym for an hour Monday-Friday.
3. Make great food decisions and cut out fast food.
My number one goal is start breaking these bad habits of fast food/ and just eating because it's there. This is so important. I am so happy right now that this is becoming a reality. I know only good things can come from this. It's truly beautiful to have my family and friends there to support me. It almost brings me to tears that they are just as excited as I am. :) I have 2 months. It will be here before I know it. Jumping for JOY!!!!!!
