"I thought he was hot lol and young. He seemed very concerned about my past. I felt I had to beg him to consider me. It seemed it is very important for him to make sure you will succeed and show up for your follow up. The staff is great! Susan, Mary Martha & Jeff are all really laid back and easy to talk to. The process is long and slow. But maybe it is all for the best. The support group and the website are really helpful. I give them a 10 out of 10!"
