Hello All,
Sorry I haven't been logging on lately.  My computer is on the fritz again so I am using my laptop and it is soooooo slow that is why I never use it.  It has been a month since surgery. I was 284 on my surgery date.  I am now at 261.  That is 23lbs so far.  I don't get my first fill until Sept. 2nd.  Just wanted to give a quick update.  Be back soon!

Hey everybody,

I  came home friday afternoon.  Today is saturday and I feel 90% like myself.  No appetite which is good because I am still on the liquids.  The gas is a monster.  They tell you to walk, walk walk.  Yeah, I was walking them hopsital floors like I was at  the club.  This gas is a something though.  They gave me liquid vicodin for pain.  I really only used it at night to sleep because I couldn't get comfortable to sleep.  No other pains.  I had a swallow test to make sure liquids are passing through like they should and that was a success. Well it's rest time for me.  CYA

Hello my OH family!

The time is drawing near. My surgery date is Thursday July 23rd and then they will pronounce me banded.  I have to be at the hospital at 4:30am.  I just be into my good sleep at that time.  I am definitely gonna wake up on time for this.  I went for my pre-surgery testing on yesterday.  I have all the necessary things I need for my post-op recovery.  My co-worker is just 1 week post-op and she has already lost 11lbs.  She was banded on July 9th.  I am so proud of you Mia!  She has been a big supporter for me as well as my family and I thank her for that. I will probably only post once per month but I will keep you guys posted.  I hope to have some before pics up hopefully this weekend.
