The Strangest thing

Tthis past week I took a road trip to visit Family, and I must say I ate more frequent small meals than my daily average. Much to my surprise I lost 10lbs in a week the most weight loss since I've started to slow down. So does this mean I will continue to loos rapid weight if I eat more small frequet meals??? This really does scare me considering I'm 20lbs away from goal....sorta afraid to getting to skinny...

Hello all...well it's been 11 weeks and so far I'm down 70lbs. I feel great!!!! I'm able to eat a sizable potion of food without getting sick...I'm really lagging on my protien, but try to get it in via the foods I eat. By far this is one of the best things I've done for myself in a loooong time.. A word to all who are on there way, 'Keep the faith' and know that it gets better, and better as time goes by...
