I am now 6 days post op now and feeling it. Althought no regrets as of yet, I have reached the point a few times that all of you have told me about " What the hell have I done?, point." I must admit to everyone-this surgery has kicked my a.....(STOP-thinking you know what!) abdomen more than I expected. The worst part of the surgery was the Laproscopic Gas they inflate you with--to all my former lap. patients out there--Doc made sure I got a good lesson and that I now "understand". I get it!! The refered pain from the gas to the left shoulder--made me say some borderline nice/not nice things. I knew what was happening beause of my nursing background but it left my mom wandering "Oh my God what is happening?" But like I said earlier, NO REGRETS, not yet anyway. Right now I am wondering what in the hell can I have on this Liquid Diet? Remember, I AM CAJUN - not too much on this liquid diet us cajuns like!
