I just spoke to my Mom, she's at the hospital. It sounds like everything is going great and Kathy tolerated the sugery very well. I didn't expect anything less of her. Those of you that have had a chance to get to know Kathy, know what a strong person she can be. Kathy, I'm proud of you and I know you're going to do great.

I just received a voicemail from my Mom. Kathy is out of Surgery and so far so good. I'll post another update when I can actually speak to somebody and get more specifics.

Kathy, Good luck with your surgery. I know you are in good hands with BTC. The first 2 weeks are the toughest both mentally and physically but it gets a little better each day. So hang in there because it is so worth it. A WLS friend,
