Hi to all! I am finally on the other side and home today. Things went well and I have been feeling OK. Only problem I am having is that I feel full of air in my ribs and sometimes have trouble breathing. Anyone else have similar problems. This has been a majority of my pain. Thanks for everyone's support and to a BIG Thank You to my angel Denise Stydinger!

Denise, Welcome to the losing side! Remember, the first 2-3 weeks are the worst. I pray you are feeling better each day and your dreams will be fulfilled with this surgery. May God continue to hold you in his healing hands and help you get closer to your goals each day. Tami

** Angel Reporting ** Denise had her surgery on Friday at 7:10 am. I talked to her Friday night and she was pretty tired but her surgery went great and she is very happy to be "on the other side." I called to check on Denise today (Sunday - 9/1) and she was uncomfortable with having to be in bed, experiencing a little cramping in her abdomen, but has been up and about walking - which we all know is the KEY is feeling better after this surgery. It was unknown today when she will be discharged, but she didn't think it would be on Monday. So, I will keep you posted as I hear. And, Denise, congratulations for joining us on the "OTHER SIDE". I will keep you posted on Denise's progress! Angel, Denise Stydinger Reporting!

Hi Denise "Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, any one can start from now and make a brand new ending." "Each of us has an inner dream that we can unfold if we will just have the courage to admit what it is. And the faith to trust our own admission. The admitting is often very difficult." ~ Julia Cameron "The block of granite which was an obstacle in the pathway of the weak becomes a stepping-stone in the pathway of the strong. That block of granite is often nothing more than a decision." ~ Thomas Carlyle "Being yourself is not remaining what you were, or being satisfied with what you are. It is the point of departure." ~ Sydney Harris I am convinced that attitude is the key to success or failure in almost any of life's endeavors. Your attitude - your perspective, your outlook, how you feel about yourself, how you feel about other people - determines your priorities, your actions, your values. Your attitude determines how you interact with other people and how you interact with yourself. ~ Carolyn Warner It's never too late to be what you might have been. ~ George Eliot May you always have an Angel by your side. Watching out for you in all the things you do. Reminding you to keep believing in brighter days.
