John Alexander
"Dr. Alexander came highly recommended by two people who are post-op. His office staff, particularly Sabrina, are great. I have been told that he will get upset with you if you don't call him pre or post-op for even the smallest question or concern. I feel that Dr. A has the most experience in Dallas for RNY and cares about his patients as much or more than anyone else. I did have a little frustration from the beginning trying to get some solid insurance info, but then Sabrina got involved and helped out. Dr. A uses HealthSouth of Dallas along with RHD Memorial. I am having my surgery done at RHD because I learned that HealthSouth's Director of Surgery could deny my surgery the day before, for what reasons I don't know but I was told that's his choice and that Dr. A cannot question the hospital. So due to the fact of needing two weeks of work off, I decided I need a more solid surgery date than that, RHD here I come."
