"Great staff, except for one nurse. My pain meds had to be switched after I had an allergic reaction to morphine and the new ones / or the pump, simply didn't work, yet no one would even do so much as check the pump, ignoring me completely. But other than that, I couldn't have asked for better treatment. I also escaped without a roommate, which made my stay much better. The rooms are barely big enough for one, so I can't imagine what it must have been like for those with a roommate. Overall, I would highly recommend BTC."

"COMMENS AFTER CONSULTATION: Dr. Batay-Csorba (what a mouthful!:) was very matter-of-fact and obviously a highly intelligent man. He was not the most personable of people, but he had no qualms about sitting back and answering all of our questions. My parents, myself and my fiance were all there, so it was a full room, but he didn\'t mind at all and in fact was happy about it commenting on the need for a good support group. He emphasized the necessity of aftercare, pointing out that his two patients out of seventeen hundred operations, that died, died during the six weeks after surgery most likely because of not following the suggested procedures. It was a scary thought but one that was necessary to hear. He addressed the risks and outcomes of surgery and was overall very professional and courteous. I believe this will work out well. COMMENTS AFTER SURGERY: The next time I saw Dr. BC was the day of surgery, he just asked me some health questions and had me sign a release. I saw him a few times during my hospital stay. He is rather cold, so if you are looking for a surgeon who will talk to you and be warm and open, he may not be your guy. I was more concerned with surgical skill, which I felt very confident about. I\'ve only called once since surgery and he called me back himself twenty minutes later. I think my care was handled very well, and the rest of the staff at BTC are wonderful! "
