Robin - Congratulations on making it home safe and sound. Now all you have to do is follow the doctors orders! :) I pray that you will see the pounds and inches melt off, over the next weeks and months ahead. God bless!

Greetings to All! BIG thanx and ((((HUGS)))))) to my angel Shirley for posting for me while in the hospital. I've been home since yesterday afternoon & am just feeling better & better each day. Took a neighborhood walk today & been eating the mega-protein liquid concoction my DH has put together for me! Still utilizing the pain pills, but not counting the minutes so closely between doses now. :o) Thanx to everyone for their well wishes, cards & phone calls. I am pleased to be on the other side & ready to get on with my new life! ~Robinsky~

Robin has been released from the hospital. I'm sure we'll all be hearing from her in a few days. Robin, may God be with you as you recover and move beyond all of this to your new life.

Angel Update: Robin is doing well, and today they will begin significantly upping the levels of her liquid intake. X-rays yesterday showed everything looks good and that there are no "leaks". John is at her side helping her and encourageing her. He says that she feels like she has been run over by a Mack truck, but no specific sharp pains or anything. Your prayers are so appreciated.

Robin had her surgery bright and early on Tues. 9/20. She is doing very well and in good spirits. She was up and walking during the afternoon and her blood oxygen looks good. Both Robin and her DH are praising the Lord for His care. Hang in there Robin... you're on your way!

Good luck on your coming surgery. My prayers are with you, and hoping for an uneventful surgery, and a speedy, painfree recovery. Keep your focus on healing. Make sure you walk, and keep up your breathing exercise. YOU CAN DO THIS! See you on the other side.
