Hello everyone, I have an update. I had surgery December 8th. I went for my 5 week check up. I had lost 34 pounds. I feel great. Everything has been so smooth. I have really done well. I did battle the weak feeling for about 4 weeks and then it got alot better. I havent been sick at all yet and dont anticipate getting sick. All is good and Im so glad I was able to have the surgery. God truly blesses His children. Im glad to finally be on the loosing side. Love to you all and thank you all for your prayers. Love, Carol Whisenhunt

Angel flying in! Talked with Gary, Carols DH last night and Carol finally made it to SICU. She is doing good and in minimal pain. They were kinda packed in the SICU so it took a while to get her to a room. She will be going for her leak test first thing this morning and they then will try to get her to a reg. room Thank you all on behalf of the family & Carol for all your well wishes and prayers. I know she will love seeing all the posts and thoughts when she gets home and able to read them. Keep them coming!
