"I liked Dr. Sundberg and his office staff from the first meeting. Doc is always smiling and, now that he's thin too, he just bounds with energy. He was easy to talk to, honest in his answers to questions, and I've never felt hurried or that I was a bother, in his office at all. His demeanor is very professional and his office staff works very hard to have the answers to any question or problem that may arise. His practice is not limited to Bariatrics, he is also a general surgeon. So you will see all kinds of patients in his office. He also sees patients in Webster City as well as Boone. The aftercare program is very good although living in Des Moines and it being winter it is hard to get back and forth to support group. They now have on-line help available which I like alot. "I found only 1 nurse who I felt was somewhat incompetent. Otherwise, the hospital was clean and the rest of the staff were competent and very eager to help me in any way they could. I did tell them that I thought it would be best if nurses did not wear perfume, as some patients are allergic and also when you have had bariatric surgery, it seems your nose is more sensitive."
