"Dr Harberg gets straight to the point. He shows you a very informative video then he verbally goes over it all again and you had better be sure you want to go through with it. If you seem unsure he does not move forward til you are or he will tell you to get back with him. The office staff is great they handled Aetna wonderfully. To my understanding there is not really an aftercare program if you need him he will be there. He explained the risks over and over in detail and answered all my questions.I rate Dr Harberg and Co. "10" He has a dry sense of humor but its good."
