Hi Debbie, I'd say don't be nervous but, heck, I was. Of course it was for nothing since my surgery when flawlessly. I'd say for me the week before surgery was harder than the week after. Truly. I mainly remember being sore and having my back hurt more than anything else (go figure). All easily managed. Remember to keep it positive. That includes having only positive people around you. Keep your eyes on the future and I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true. Best wishes,

May God keep you close to his side as you travel down this new road. The journey will be an experience you will never forget. It will be filled with ups and downs. However, it will be the best thing you could ever do for yourself and your family. I know it was for me. Remember you can always turn to us, your AMOS family.
