It has been a while since I have posted, but I wanted to share my progress. Since my surgery on February 12th, I have lost over 100 pounds and I am feeling great!! No complications to speak of, thank God. Best decision that I have ever made.

Tracy is home having been discharged Friday. I stopped by to visit Tracy on Sunday and she looked great. She's doing well.. was in good spirits and optimistic about the changes ahead. She had a nasty run-in with an egg Sunday before I arrived but otherwise said she was doing ok with food but wasn't hungry at all. She'll be back to her computer soon and said she had a wonderful avalanche of well wishes from WSL folk. I'll leave the rest of the update to Tracy herself. Rachael

Surgery update....angel reporting....I spoke with Tracy's aunt yesterday afternoon and she said that Tracy was doing very well. She was in some discomfort, but was able to tolerate liquids and get some walking in. She will hopefully be going home some time today. Good for you Tracy, I am glad you made it to the other side!

Hey girl, how ya doing? I've sort of waited to give you some space while you're not feeling so hot, but I will call you on Thursday either at home or the hospital. Been thinking alot about you, and hope you are doing well. You know you can call if you need me. My surgery date has been changed to 3-12-01. Exactly 26 days from now. Love ya, Laurie
