Hi EVERYONE!!! It's me Lisa T. I just wanted to post to my profile to let everyone know that I am so THANKFUL & GREATFUL for your prayers !!! I couldn't have asked for a more blessed experience. The reason I say blessed is because first of all I came through surgery with no problems or complications it took only 1 1/2hrs and I knew that my prayer warriors were at work for me on Thursday. I was also blessed with a wonderful, wonderful roomate who made my hospital stay even more enjoyable, Diane your the best! I will be praying for all the new upcoming post-ops. **Angel Update**I just talked to Lisa T. she was about to get a shower. She sounds really good! She said she is recovering well. She had a rough night last night as she could not find a comfortable spot to sleep. She is doing fine though. Today she is going to try some new lay down positions and try and get some rest. She is on liquids for another week or so and that is hard, but she is happy with the progress and results of healing. Lisa said thanks for all your prayers, comments and concerns! Praise God for her victory!

Well, we made it Lisa!!! Lisa was my roomie and we are both on the other side. I was so happy to have you Lisa as my roomate. We tried to take care of each other, didn't we. And my husband and her mother kept each other company when were not so coherhant. Lisa is a wonderful person, beautiful, smart and a real sweetheart. She is going to have a wonderful new life. I know we will be lifelong friends as a result of this... I will see you on Nov. the 7th Lisa, until then, take care and I send my love and big hugs to you!!!!

Hey little sis. You know that I have been a prayin' for you....and you know that you are such a special person. Gosh, everyone that meets you is drawn by your sweet spirit. I can't wait to come and visit once your mom's house gets done...lol. Love you, and will be calling you once you get settled in.

God is sooooo good and faithful! And I am shouting for great joy right now. Lisa T. is going home as I write, she is being checked out of the hospital. And she said she is feeling wonderful!! and blessed!! God answered our prayers and really showed himself strong as Lisa only spent 3 days in the hospital with no complications and on her way to a full recovery! Praise the Lord, Praise the Lord , Praise the Lord!!! Please send her some welcome home comments and blessing and post them to her comments page. Thank you so much!!

Lisa; Congratulatiions to you!!! Now, you are officially on the "lighter side" of this weight loss issue!! I am from Saginaw, Mi., and had surgery on 9-05-01, and it truly does make a great difference in your quality of life!! GOD BLESS and grant you a speedy recovery!! ((HUGS))

Gooooooood Morning all!! I am so very happy!! God has truly given Lisa the victory. I talked with her this morning and she says she feels really good today. She has been up 3 times sense 3 am walking already!! She will walk ever 4 hours. She said her family was all there on yesterday, but she was so out of it she did not even realize they were there. But she did notice that her HUSBAND was there on last night and he promised to be there today!! She sends her love and thanks you all for the prayers, she said she knows that God as already given her the victory and the prayers were , heard,felt and answered! She does have some pain discomfort, even with the morphine pump. They are enjecting her with pain medicine also. which does help some. Over all she is doing wonderful and feeling much better today. She is receiving your phone calls today at 734-547-4700 ext. 4835 (room 303) Praise the Lord Praise the Lord!!!! Thank you father for the victory in Lisa's life!! you go girl!!
