"I was amazed that such a small-sized man could be so caring for large people. He was wonderful. He explained the procedure and the risks while drawing diagrams on a white board. His expertise was a calming influence. I think the best part of his staff is Michelle Leaming. When she spoke of her story I had tears in my eyes. It is so comforting to know that I am not some freak of nature and that other people have had similar experiences. It touched my heart and soul. Getting the insurance filed is another story. I'm guessing that the high volume and a new staff member is what caused my letter to the insurance to not be filed for several days. I would recommend that you call your insurance to verify that they have received the information and follow-up as needed. United Health care is the best insurance -- approved within 24 hours!!"
