Amy, best wishes for your upcoming surgery. I had mine last November, and I have never had a single regret. One thing that may help to remember is that the nervousness is over with when you wake up in the recovery room to your new life.

amy this surg is the best thing ive done for myself. i had mine on 5/29 im down from 249 to 194 and im thrilled with the progress. i know some people lose faster and more than i have in the 4 1/2 months but im 5'8 and you can tell im losing YEA!!! my prayers are with you for a safe surg and recovery. walk walk as much as you can as soon as you can GOd bless glenda berry
