"I went to the seminar and was able to get in for a consult appointment the next day. The staff was very pleasant, and I had dealt with them previously, to find out what things I needed so I could speed up the process. Sandy was very helpful on the phone, and told me I needed to get my psych evaluation done, and possibly another sleep study (although I found out later that mine was only two years' ago and was sufficient). I met with Dr. Coirin, who had done my previous cholecystectomy some 20+ years' before. I was one of his first laparoscopic cases he had done, and I liked him then. He was so patient and honest. He did not make me feel rushed and gave me plenty of opportunity for questions. He is a very caring man, and I liked the idea that he met with his patients for the consult, and not his PA. I am currently dealing with Hilary to get insurance approval. I am now told that my insurance is one of the most difficult to get approved (and I work for the hospital!!!). She is awesome, and makes sure her phone calls are returned and is great! "
