Hi Kimberly :) Good luck in your test tomorrow! I don't know if this helps or not, but I had no complications, yet had many problems keeping down many foods including eggs for the first month. Hopefully this is the case for you :) Best wishes in your recovery! Caroline, 2 months post-op and -53 lbs

Bad news! I didn't go home today. I ate the eggs this morning and ended up throwing them back up. It was the worst feeling having the breathtaking pain in my chest...I felt like I could not get a breath. I was so scared. I initially vomitted up my own saliva. Then Dr Geller told me to get up and walk and when I sat up I vomited all of the eggs. I felt 100% better immediately. He seems to think that my opening to the intestine is still swollen because I can eat liquids no problem. I am having an upper GI tomorrow to see what the problem is. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers.
