<center><img SRC="http://www.harrythecat.com/SMILEY/a79.gif"></center> HELLO ALL MY FRIENDS!!!!!! Wow, I am so overwhelmed by all the love and support you all have given me. The postings to my surgery page have me in tears :) You all have been such an inspiration and team of support for me. To everyone that posted, thank you so much. For everyone who sent emails, I promise I will respond to them as soon as I can stand sitting here for long periods of time. But , so far things are going well...surgery was last Thursday and I went home on Saturday. Have been dealing with some phantom hunger issues, gotta reprogram my head!!! LOL already sick of the liquid type stuff, but will have to get over it. Went to the doc yesterday and he removed my drainage tube...HURT LIKE *%## :) But if feels better now without it. I have some small incisions and they look great, the doc was quite impressed with himself, LOL. Gonna run for now....I will get back online in the next couple of days with updates.....and once again...thanks so much to all of you :) HUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sandy, congrats on crossing over to the losing side. Hope all is well and your recovery is a speedy one. Can't wait to hear an update from you on the boards!!!!! Once your up to feeling better maybe we can chat more. I'm scheduled for consult with Dr. Macik on Aug 14. Again congrats, Happy Re-Birthday...YOU GO GIRL!!!!

hey sweetie!!! Congrats, you done did it! Your new life started today. You'll be home eating clear soup in no time [and thank God, that won't last long!} You know the drill- walk, walk, walk. And all the folks who love you, including me, rejoice in your successful surgery.... You go Girl!

Hello!! I, too, just got off the phone with Sandra. I had plans to go to the hospital, but have the sniffles. Decided she didn't need them too. She sounds FANTASTIC!! She was lucky enough to be able to have the procedure done LAP, so her recovery time should be cut down. She's been up walking and she says she's not in a lot of pain. She's such a trooper!! Congrats, Sandra! I'm not too far behind you, gurlie!!

I just got off the phone with Sandra. She sounds great and has been up several times. She is ready for some ice chips or water but has to wait for the leak test like Karen reported. She was in good spirts! Way to go, Sandra. Keep walking! I'll see you tomorrow!
