"my first impression of my surgeon was great but then i realized i wouldn't be meeting him in person until i had met all the criteria for surgery and made the sizable copay upfront. my fears were relieved when i got my surgery date and they told me i would have an extensive appt with him and then go to an additional class before i could have my surgery. i was also required to attend a comprehensive seminar that was most informative."
