"I feel very confident with Dr. Gamelli. He is matter of fact - I feel that his reputation speaks for itself. My impression of him has not wavered over time. There have been some communication concerns between myself and the office staff. Since I was dealing with an ongoing denial - appeal process, the nerves were frayed on both ends. I know for myself that I need quite a bit of hand holding for an event as great as this. The bottom line is that the job is getting done. Since the above post I was switced to Dr Frezza. Frezza is good but you have to be quick with your questions because he tends to rush."

"Treatment was just acceptable. I did not feel a lot of personal consideration for my concerns. I had to beg to get out of bed the first time. I was told for 6 hours that they didn't have enough help ( this was in the step-down unit!) I asked to just roll over and was told they didn't have enough pillows. Treatment in the regular room was much better and more considerate. I think that the hospital meets the needs, however, much improvement is needed on quality."
