Hi everyone, Just wanted to say thanks for all the support. Its over and Im home. Lost 11 1/2lbs 5 days post-op. The fun is just beginning. In pain...hell yeah, worth it though. (now that i started to lose)Update soon. And if Lisa Bankos is reading this THANKS! You are so great! Love Melissa

I spoke to Melissa and she is doing well. The breathing tube is out. She's very drugged but happy that it's over! The doctor is pleased with the outcome so far.

I just spoke to Melissa's mom and she said Melissa is out of surgery. She does have a breathing tube but this is only temporary and the doctor will be checking her breathing again in a half hour. She was already awake and knows what is going on. Congrats Melissa! You made it!!
