KIM SWEATON IS HOME NOW..she seems better but uncomfortable ...THANKS {{{HUGGSSS))) FOR ALL THE EMAILS ABOUT HOW TO HELP HER...Frank went to the hospital and he took care of it so (me) mom didnt have to do a thing.!!! She seems better this morhing but of course feeling uncomfortable and all the stuff all us post ops went thu...have a great day....

hey kim i hear we made it i came home today on 9/26 everything is fine. i have a fresh cold but other than that i feel ok i hope you are doing well too. call me when you get home and are feeling like talking

I don't know why only my name showed up on kims surgery page, but here goes the up date. Yesterday she was in a lot of pain 1-10 she said 12. I went back last night she was doing much better and was up setting in a chair. I helped her eat ice chips and she used the siramator and took it all the way to the top!!!! Her pain level was down to 7 (I remember mine being there) and she wanted her chap stick!!!I rubbed her back and legs and she relaxed a bit. She didnt like the bed (air bed) or the feet masagers (I loved them) she said they were too hot.!! LOL She wanted to get in bed. Frank and his sister came in just about 7:20 i left at 8. They said they'd put her to bed when we all left. She should have had her own room but due to lack of beds they kept her in ICU but were kind enough to let us go in and out at will as long as their were no serious problems on the ward...She has a great nurse.!!! And Kim was using her sense of humor..so I could tell she was better. I called this am and they said she was up walking and doing great. Will go see her this afternoon after work about 4 then up date when i get home from my 2nd job about 8PM. Thanks for your prayers.

<---RE: Daughter Kim Sweaton: We met her this morning at the hospital at 5:30 am. She went back about 6:30 like a trooper. Making jokes and trying to "stay on top of it" as always. About 12:30 Dr. Hutcher spoke to Frank (her fi·an·cé) and told Frank she did BEAUTIFULLY. We were all tired and sleepy and were flopping around on chairs like dish rags!!! My husband and I were there, Frank and Vic (another friend) her brother Rob and later Gale (daughter and her sister) Well, about 1:30 PM we got to go in to see her. They had her in intensive care still because all the rooms were filled. She had great color. She had the morphene pump and she was asking for a shot..she said she was in a lot of pain. (she said 12) SHE WANTED TO KISS ME AND I TRIED BUT I WAS TOO SHORT BUT FRANK KISSED HER FOR ME. She has a great nurse and she was floored when I told her I had the surgery 9 months ago!!! I asked the family if I seemed the same way Kim does because she seemed like she was hurting so bad. They said I did say I had pain but didnt seem to be as bad as Kim. I had the epidural she could not. So PLEASE PRAY FOR HER THAT SHE GETS A GOOD NIGHTS REST. I WILL GO SEE HER AGAIN TOMORROW AFTER WORK. PLEASE PRAY FOR HER THAT HER PAIN LESSENS AS THE NIGHT WARES ON..THANK YOU AND THANK YOU GOD FOR KEEPING HER SAFE, KIMS MOM , JACKI

Hi Kim Today I said a prayer for you! I asked God to bless you, to heal you and to help you in your recovery process. I am so proud that we not only share our first name, but we share a common goal to beat this weight thing! May God Bless You and what more can I say but, Go Kim, Go Kim, Go Kim!!!

kimberly- ok girl!!! are ya ready?? WE only have monday and a wake up!! my surgery got moved up from 11 to 10:30 am. today as i was going to get my hair cut, i realized the clock on the car said 10:45am, then i was thinking----damn in 48 hours i will be in surgery-----WOAH IN 48 HOURS I WILL BE IN SURGERY!!! that was an amazing/reality feeling!! take care and i wish the best for you, please stay in contact with me!! gale =)
